Check a DNAnexus dxapp.json before dx build
Paste or drop the dxapp.json of an app or applet. Your browser runs the
dnanexus-integration skill's own validator on it, with the same report and exit status as the
Python, free. Nothing is uploaded. A paid run reviews it for dx build or
writes the corrected manifest, and the page checks that again.
The examples replay saved model runs - the whole page, free.

What this does, and what it does not
The dnanexus-integration agent skill ships validate_dxapp.py, a standard-library
Python check of a dxapp.json: required name, app version and I/O specs; parameter
names and classes; interpreter, Ubuntu release and AEE version; deprecated
resources and runSpec.systemRequirements; unpinned
execDepends; restart and timeout policy; regions that declare requirements
inconsistently; instance selectors; broad network, project and developer access; HTTPS ports;
and credential-looking values. This page runs a JavaScript port of it with the same text and
JSON report and the same exit status, checked against the Python on tens of thousands of fuzzed
manifests (see the notice).
The page's own checks, labelled "page", quote the skill's configuration reference: a missing
timeout, retrying deterministic errors, file defaults that are local paths, pip at run time,
project access an app rarely needs. Before a paid run, values under credential-looking keys are
replaced with a marker, so no token leaves your browser. The validator is offline and supplements,
not replaces, dx build. Derived from the agent skill
